Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 7th january 2021 are required by the administrator, peter benjamin ivison, to send particulars of such claims to po box 1458 west perth wa 6872 within 30 days of publication of this notice. After such date, the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
