Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 september 2024 are required by the administrator amanda jayne sommerville of c/- sommerville legal, po box 1063, bunbury wa 6231 to send particulars of their claim to her by no later than 1 month from publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the estate assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
