ZZ410 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Karl Walter Merk late of Hubertus Strasse 17, 90867 Fürth in Germany, previously of 16D Fraser Road, Applecross in the State of Western Australia who died on 27 August 2025. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 August 2025, are required by the Executor, Andreas Werner Merk care of Level 14, 251 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice. ———————————
