In the estate of Michael Patrick Conlin late of 18 Buvelot Turn, Southern River, in the State of Western Australia, Farrier, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or before 13 January 2026, are required by the Executor, Shaun Conlin, of [contact details redacted] in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 31 days following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
