In the matter of John Sidney Smithson, late of Bethanie Aged Care, 45 Bishop Street, Jolimont, WA 6014, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 21 August 2024, are required by the applicants for grant of representation, c/- CS Legal, Level 20, Allendale Square, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 to send particulars of their claims to the applicants within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the applicants for the grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice.
