Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of the late maizie margaret finch, also known as mazie margaret finch, late of alfred carson lodge, bay rd claremont, western australia and previously 2 cygnet crescent augusta, western australia, who died on 25 august 2007, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, being stephen macome finch, to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor, estate of the late maizie margaret finch, 5 fermoy close, waterford wa 6152 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
