Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the undermentioned deceased person are required to send particulars of their claims to the Executor Jemma Suzanne Challis c/- Tatchell Legal, Lawyers, of 140B Huntriss Road, Doubleview, W.A. within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice at the expiration of which time the Executor and the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given. Details: William Bernard Welch late of Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge, 85 Hester Avenue, Merriwa, W.A. Retired Computer Engineer. Date of death 18th July 2025.
