Made by the Minister for Education under section 11B (2) of the School Education Act 1999. This is the Higher School Leaving Age Options Order (2) 2024. A course specified in column 1 of the table, being a course that does not otherwise come within section 11B (1) of the School Education Act 1999, is prescribed. The person or body specified in column 2 is specified as the provider. The location specified in column 3 is specified as the location from which that course may be delivered. The date specified in column 4 is specified as the final date of approval.
