I hereby give notice that I am satisfied the application for continued registration made by the Liberal Party Western Australia complies with the Electoral Act 1907. Thus, in accordance with section 217 of the Electoral Act 1907, on Wednesday, 7 december 2022 i replaced the information in the register of political parties for “the liberal party of australia (western australia division) inc” with the political party name “liberal party western australia”. The party has registered “liberal party” as the abbreviation of the party name for use on ballot papers.
