The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination to acknowledge changes to positions within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. These are special division and prescribed office positions within the wa public service. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 20 june 2017 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below.
