Made under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 section 8(1) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the queen’s birthday holiday 2022 (port hedland and karratha) proclamation 2022. Instead of monday 26 september 2022, monday 1 august 2022 is to be the celebration day for the anniversary of the birthday of the reigning sovereign in 2022 in the port hedland local government district and the karratha local government district.

Requires all landowners and occupiers within the City of Karratha to clear and maintain mineral earth breaks and reduce fuel load on their properties.
Appoints the sittings of the District Court for the year 2027, including civil and criminal sittings in Perth, Fremantle, and various circuit locations, and specifies Winter Recess dates.
Appoints the sittings of the Supreme Court at circuit towns for the year 2027.
