ZZ407 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the estate of Kevin William Radford who died on 26 December 2024, of 18 Turner Road, Byford, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executors of the deceased’s estate being Bruce William Radford and Peter Douglas Radford, both care of Lark Lawyers, of PO Box 510, Leederville, Western Australia 6903, to send particulars of their claims to them by 28 June 2025, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice. ———————————
