Exempts certain Western Australian Treasury Corporation transactions related to foreign currency from requiring Treasurer approval under the Health Services Act 2016.

This order prescribes the class of transactions where approval from the treasurer, pursuant to section 36b(1)(b) of the health services act 2016 (wa), is not required— • for western australian treasury corporation transactions relating to agreements or arrangements denominated in, or conditional on, foreign currency prices, for which health service providers are bound by treasurer’s instruction 826: managing foreign exchange risk.
