Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 october 2022, are required by the personal representative charles marcel reutens of c/- perth legal collective pty ltd of 106 burswood road, burswood, western australia 6100 to send particulars of their claims to him by 12 september 2023, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he has then been given notice.
