Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on 03/04/2019, are required by the executor Trevor Paul Boocock to send the particulars of their claims to Trevor Paul Boocock at po box 314, pinjarra, wa, 6208 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
