Prohibits fishing for salmon, herring, mulloway or pink snapper by purse seining. Prohibits commercial fishing for pilchard. Prohibits commercial fishing by purse seining in the Northern and Southern Development Zones. Restricts use of fishing net drums, puretic power blocks, or similar devices. Revokes previous notices.
