Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 august 2022, are required by the personal representative christopher james daws, c/- lemonis tantiprasut lawyers, ground floor, [contact details redacted] 6005 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 22nd day of february 2023, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
