In the matter of the estate of Fiona Widdison, late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 3rd day of October 2022, are required by the personal representative, Leith Robyn Langsford, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, by the 17th day of June 2024, after which date the said personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
