These regulations amend the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 1982. The regulations relate to lodging documents, including agreements, applications, and other forms, with the Director, primarily through the electronic document system (EDS). They detail requirements for completion, exemptions from EDS use, and alternative methods of lodging documents such as in person, by post, or by email.
