These regulations amend the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority Regulations 1985. Regulation 33(1) is amended to replace “Part 1 of Schedule 6” with “Schedule 6 Division 2”. Regulation 34A(1) and (4) are amended to replace “Schedule 6 Part 2A” with “Schedule 6 Division 3”. Regulation 34B is amended to replace “Schedule 6 Part 2B” with “Schedule 6 Division 4”. Regulation 34(1) is amended to replace “Part 2 of Schedule 6” with “Schedule 6 Division 5”. Regulation 34(2) is amended to replace “Schedule 6 Part 3” with “Schedule 6 Division 6”. Regulation 34(3A) is amended to replace “$0.44” with “$0.45”. Schedule 6 is replaced with updated fees.
