Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on october 26 2023 are required by the executor of the estate, john kellett, 31 darroch loop, kinross wa 6028 to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of the publication of this notice. After which date the executor may distribute the assets of the estate having regard to only the claims of which he then has notice.
