The council of Shire of Waroona resolved on 28 February 2023 to make the following local law: Shire of Waroona Health Amendment Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Waroona Health Local Law 2021 is amended as described in clauses 4.2 to 4.14 of this local law.
