Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 january 2025, are required by the executors gregory james hitchen and darryl leonard hitchen to send the particulars of their claims to gregory james hitchen of unit 1 8 socrates parade, north coogee, wa 6163 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
