Made by the minister under section 5 of the act. This order is the prisons (broome regional prison) order 2017. This order comes into operation as follows — clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order — on the day after that day. The proclamation made under the prisons act 1903 section 8 and published in the gazette on 23 october 1981 at p. 4359 is revoked. The buildings and enclosures on the land being reserve 2551 and being broome lot 2828 on deposited plan 92172 and being the whole of the land in record of qualified certificate of crown land title volume lr3101 folio 599 are declared to be a prison, called the broome regional prison, within the meaning and for the purposes of the act.
