Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the late Deborah Hope Morrell of Howard Solomon Residential Care, [contact details redacted] 1 july 2019, are required by the executors Glenys Newbury and Elizabeth Borona to send the particulars of their claim to the executors at estate of d. h. morrell, [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have notice and the executors will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have had no notice at the time of distribution.
