Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons, are required to send particulars of their claim to Australian Executor Trustees Limited of Level 28, 152-158 St George’s Terrace Perth on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the company may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice: Gfeller, Fritz Franzisco of Bethanie Gwelup, 72 Huntriss Road Gwelup, retired bank officer died on 2 June 2022. Hatch, William George of 25 Hair Street Waroona, retired farmer died between 21 January and 24 January 2022. Fermoyle, Maria Johanna Soraya of 30/30 Sirrocco Drive Erskine, pathologist died on 9 August 2022.
