Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 1st day of november 2016, are required by the personal representative sheena aryan of 659 ringwood-warrandyte road, ringwood north, victoria 3134 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 27th day of november 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
