Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and Cat Act 2011, the Council of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River resolved on 24 January 2024 to make the following local law: amends the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Cat Local Law 2023 as published in the Government Gazette on 24 March 2023.
