Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 24 November 2010 and published in the Government Gazette dated 3 December 2010 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 23 November 2020.
