Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 19 february 2022, are required by the executors, paul jason zuchetti, david allan zuchetti and andrew michael zuchetti, care of butlers, lawyers & notaries, [contact details redacted] 6009, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from today, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
