Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 august 2018, are required by the executors, anne bannister and paul moynihan of 27 pearl street, sorrento, western australia to send particulars of their claims within one month of the date of publication to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
