In the estate of Marilyn Jean Overy, late of 21 Abilene Link, Success, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased who died on the 18th February 2025 are required by the Executor, Stephen Buckberry of 21 Abilene Link, Success WA 6164, to send particulars of their claims to him one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
