Cancels the incorporation of unnamed associations due to failure to show cause.

On 31 January 2023 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection (Commissioner) served a notice informing them that if they did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given (Allowed Period) the incorporation of the Associations would be cancelled. The Associations did not show cause within the Allowed Period. The Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the above named Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
