Enacts a new local law for bush fire brigades in the Shire of Katanning and repeals the 2023 version.

The council of the Shire of Katanning resolved on 25 March 2025 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Katanning Bush Fire Brigades Local Law. The Shire of Katanning Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2023 published in the Government Gazette on 13 March 2023 is repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
