Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased are required by the personal representative, terry wayne roberts, to send particulars of their claim to his representatives at robertson hayles lawyers pty ltd of po box z5403, perth wa 6831 by no later than one (1) month from the date of publication hereof after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
