Jeffery Lin (“Trustee”) has applied to the Supreme Court of Western Australia pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act (WA) to vary the Will of the Deceased dated 5 November 2009 by establishing a scheme (“the Scheme”) to enable the Trustee to carry out the charitable purpose underlying a disposition in the Will intended to benefit Jewish organisations and other entities which have charitable objects for the benefit of members of the Western Australian Jewish Community.
