This local law amends the Shire of Yilgarn Public Places, Local Government Property and Trading Local Law 2025 as published in the Government Gazette No. 50 on 1 May 2025. It makes several amendments to clauses within the principal local law, including changes to definitions, references to other acts, and replacements of 'CEO' with 'local government'.
