Order changing ward boundaries and names in the City of Swan, including changes to Altone Ward, Ballajura Ward (renamed Whiteman Ward), Midland/Guildford Ward, Swan Valley/Gidgegannup Ward, abolition of Ellenbrook Ward and North Ward, and establishment of Pearce Ward. Specifies councillor numbers for the new ward and allocation of continuing councillors.
