The salaries and allowances tribunal issues this determination pursuant to section 6(1)(e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975. This determination provides for the salary, allowances and other benefits to be paid to holders of offices of the western australian industrial relations commission. This determination complies with section 10d of the act, which prevents the tribunal, until july 2021, from increasing remuneration.
