I, David Robert Michael MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum for the State of Western Australia, delegate to each delegated officer to exercise in the course of their duties the powers and functions under the Act and regulations made under the Act that are specified in schedule 1 to this delegation as applying to the position of the delegated officer. This instrument of delegation does not operate to otherwise prevent the exercise of the powers and/or performance of the functions herein delegated by myself, as Minister.
