Racing and Wagering Western Australia has made the Racing and Wagering Western Australia (Adopted TABCORP Betting Rules) Notice (No.1), 2026 under section 59(6)(c) of the Act. This notice adopts and publishes the TABCORP Betting Rules, including amendments, to facilitate RWWA’s participation in the National Tote initiative. The rules were adopted by resolution of the Board dated 4 August 2026 and are published in full in the Schedule to this notice.
