Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 october 2017 at st john of god hospital, bunbury in the state of western australia, are required by the trustees john david miller and james richard miller c/- avon legal, suite 3, 3 victoria street, bunbury in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
