Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above deceased person, who died on 30 december 2022, are required to send particulars of such claims to the executor, anthony michael di blasi of 20 nanson st wembley wa 6014, within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
