Notice is given to Leonidas Tsouris that unless redelivery of the vessel “Astra”, registration number DC307, situated at Two Rocks Marina, Two Rocks, Western Australia is taken within one month, the Department of Transport intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the Act.
