Made by the fes commissioner under section 18p of the act. This order is the fire and emergency services (bush fire prone areas) order (no. 2) 2017. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on 12 july 2017. The areas of the state described in the bush fire prone areas dataset are designated as bush fire prone areas.
