Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 14 march 2005, are required by the trustee quintin arthur flintoff of 43 peron avenue, dunsborough wa 6281 and lance howard flintoff of 1 brooks drive, bayswater wa 6053 to send particulars of their claims to solicitor mervyn rothstein, rothstein lawyers of po box 504, northbridge wa 6865 within 31 days of the date of this notice. After such date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
