Notice to creditors and claimants of Raymond Francis Leahy late of Aegis Woodlake, 40 Woodlake Retreat, Kingsley, Western Australia, retired bank manager, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12 July 2022 are required by the trustees care of McFarlane Lawyers, PO Box 1079 West Perth WA 6872 to send particulars of their claim to them by 8 September 2023 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
