Mining Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021
Amends the Mining Regulations 1981, with some regulations effective on the day of gazettal and others dependent on the Mining (Ellendale Diamond Royalties) Repeal Regulations 2021.

These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day of gazettal. The rest of the regulations come into operation on the day on which the Mining (Ellendale Diamond Royalties) Repeal Regulations 2021 regulation 3 comes into operation. Regulation 85B(3), 86(3), and 86A(9) are deleted. Regulation 87B(1)(b) and 89 are amended.
