I, mr bill johnston, minister for energy for the state of western australia hereby give notice that— • the specific amendments contained in part 2 of the electricity industry (metering) amendment code 2021 are to commence on 1 october 2023; and • the time and date of the 'weekly settlement commencement' contained in the electricity industry (metering) code 2012 is 1 october 2023.
