Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Masami Ozaki, who died between 21 November 2022 and 22 November 2022, are required by Mayo Tuohy of care of Equitas Lawyers, 156—158 Edward Street, Western Australia, the trustee and administrator of the estate to send particulars of their claims to her, care of Equitas Lawyers, po box 8366, Perth bc wa 6849 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
